Connect Oracle to another DB

Generic Connectivity permits oracle to communicate and exchange data with other vendor databases such as DB2, Sql Server, MySQL, ecc.

Starting from the previous two papers and thanks to Jens Axboe advices I decided to start several test trying to tune the cfq scheduler.
